New year [belated], new month and a new wallpaper.

In short, we are back to regular programming after a short break.

Yesterday was World Wildlife Day, set aside through a UN resolution in 2013 to celebrate and raise awareness of the world's wild fauna and flora. I am not a wildlife photographer, but I do make images of their habitats [I know I'm forcing it but don't judge me] read, landscapes.

This not-so-dramatic medium shot of Mt. Longonot was taken while flying over the rift valley en-route to an assignment in Lake Turkana, where this other wallpaper was made.
